I will abide by all RaceTrac, Inc. standards of conduct. 

I will adhere to RaceTrac, Inc. Core Values and the RaceTrac Way. 

I will avoid crude language and disrespectful tones. 

I understand that discriminatory jokes and language based on sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, gender identity, religion/creed, national origin, or political views will not be tolerated. 

I will be mindful of my surroundings and understand that destruction or vandalization of ​personal or event property and materials will not be tolerated. 

I will avoid drinking irresponsibly. This is a work event, and attendees are expected to ​handle themselves professionally while still enjoying the event. 

I will not participate in sexual harassment, including but not limited to, unwanted or ​inappropriate conduct, sexual attention, comments, jokes, or advances. 

I will adhere to all hotel and event space policies, which include refraining from smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes in both indoor and outdoor areas within the hotel premises. There are a few designated outside areas where you are allowed to smoke. 

I will attend and be on time for all events, sessions, meals, and entertainment. 

I will wear my Rev name badge at all times during events, sessions, meals, and entertainment. I understand that if I am not wearing my badge, I may be asked to leave an event and get my badge before I can return. 

I understand this is an excellent opportunity for learning and growth. I commit to ​maintaining focus throughout the event by minimizing the use of my cell phone and other electronics during sessions and meals. 

I will follow the suggested attire guidelines throughout the event and maintain a ​professional appearance at all times. I agree that I will remain on property throughout the event. 

I understand that this event is only for select RaceTrac, Inc. personnel and vendors; I ​agree not to invite visitors, including family or friends, onto the property during the event. If an individual who is not authorized to be at Rev is present, I will let a member of the Rev planning team know immediately. 

If I received prior approval to drive myself to Rev, I understand I am expected to stay on property throughout Rev. If I do drive, I agree to follow all road rules and regulations.
