RESORT POLICIES, AMENITIES, AND DRESS CODE
Why do I have to provide a credit/debit card or cash to the resort? How does that process work?
-
A payment method is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. The full fee will be returned to you if nothing is charged or damaged in the room upon checkout. The incidental hold is $50/day. All incidentals charges are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by RaceTrac. Your payment options are credit card, debit card or cash.
-
Incidentals include any costs incurred outside of what’s covered by RaceTrac, ex. room service, as well as any damage to the room, ex. smoke damage. If you plan to provide a debit card to cover your incidentals, the debit card will be charged at check-in time. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your banking institution, it may take 72 hours or longer for the bank to process the funds back to their account.
-
If you prefer to pay with cash, full payment is due at the time of check-in, including a $50 per day deposit for incidentals. If no incidentals are charged to your room, your cash will be refunded at checkout.

Will I be expected to pay for food during the conference?
-
No. We are excited to offer lots of great food and beverage options throughout the event. During the conference if you would like to purchase additional items, ex. drinks at the bars, food at a café, or room service, you will not be reimbursed.
Can I smoke at the resort?
-
The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a non-smoking hotel. All guest rooms and guest areas are non-smoking. Vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted. There is a $250 cleaning fee that you will be responsible for if you do not adhere to their policy. There are a few designated outside areas where you are allowed to smoke.
Can I play golf, go to the spa or swim during the free time at the resort?
-
Yes, however, we have a packed schedule, and you are expected to be at all the sessions on time. If you would like to take advantage of the amenities onsite you can do so subject to availability with the resort. All costs associated with those amenities will be your responsibility.
What is the dress code for the conference?
-
Please wear business casual attire throughout the conference unless a different dress code is specified for a certain event. We will provide a packing list closer to the trip.

Are we sharing rooms or does every attendee get their own room?
-
Each attendee will have their own room at the resort.
