RaceTrac has you covered from start to finish. We'll take care of your meals and accommodations, and provide round-trip travel to the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Let us handle the logistics while you focus on soaking up the Rev experience!
ROOM RESERVATIONS
We will reserve your hotel room based on your registration to help ensure a seamless experience. Be sure to complete your registration no later than Monday, February 10, 2025.
If you have any changes to your registration, travel, or room reservation, please refer to the registration modification instructions on your Registration Confirmation Email or contact rev@racetrac.com.

EXTEND YOUR STAY
You may extend your stay at at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate at your own expense after the program ends. Early arrivals are not available. The nightly RaceTrac negotiated room rate is $259 plus taxes, currently at 14.5%, and a nightly taxable resort fee of $20. These rooms are available on a first-come, first serve basis and must be booked by February 10, 2025. If you extend your stay, you will be responsible for your travel to the Orlando International Airport.
If you would like to extend your stay, please choose the date you prefer to depart on your registration. We will reserve your room for your entire stay so you do not have to change rooms. Please provide the hotel with your credit card upon arrival for the dates of your extended stay. You will be contacted directly by the hotel via email with a secure link to provide your credit card information for your extended stay. If your extended stay in cancelled after your flight is booked, then the cost of the flight will be your responsibility.
NOTE: If you are extending your stay and the flight is more expensive due to your extended stay, then you will be responsible for the difference in the airfare. You will be advised of this before your flight is booked.
AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION
DFW, LA, GA, CEN, AND NORTH REGIONS
We will arrange your flight based on the dates on your registration form and send you your flight itinerary. We will then arrange your airport transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
EFL, SFL AND WFL REGIONS
If you are in the EFL, SFL or WFL region, then we will organize ground transportation to the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The resort is 23 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
